Order Confirmation Your order will be checked and processed as soon as it is received in our office. Some delays will occur over a weekend and bank holidays. Order payment We have made every effort to present our service in the most understandable way to allow for easy choice and dispatch. Your order will not be released for delivery until payment has been processed. We accept the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Solo, Maestro All prices quoted include UK VAT which will be added at the current rate. Customer Details Your customer details will not be passed on to any other party at any other time. We may however like to contact you, to keep you informed of new developments within our own service, new products and ideas. Security We will not allow any other party access to your information at any point in time. We Reserve the right to change the terms and conditions written here without notice at our discretion Shipping & Delivery Charges The £3.50 delivery charge is the next working day delivery service (Mon-Thurs, orders before 2pm) from dispatch (UK mainland only) Working days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. The couriers will not deliver on a Weekend (Sat,Sun) or Bank Holiday Postage Costs are as follows: • £3.50 standard charge (up to 25kg) • Free of charge when order is over £100 We will not be held responsible for any late or lost deliveries due to mechanical or vehicle failure, weather, theft (if you request your parcel be left in your 'safe place' or with a neighbour), incorrect or incomplete address details that you have provided or natural disasters. Postage to Northern Ireland and Isle Of Wight is £14.95. Please contact us for postage to any other destinations before ordering. Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day. In the unlikely event of goods being received, which appear damaged in transit. Especially where the packaging may be crushed. If this situation does occur, Please contact us immediately by email on admin@totalnutritioncentre.co.uk Privacy ·In accordance with the Privacy & Electronic Communications Act Dec 03 - we do not send marketing emails to personal email addresses. ·We do not use cookies. ·We conform with the requirements of the Data Protection Act, 1998. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice at our discretion Our Details You may contact us via email on admin@totalnutritioncentre.co.uk between the hours of 10am - 6pm (Monday - Saturday) All orders for goods made by you and accepted by “www.totalnutritioncentre.co.uk” are subject exclusively and strictly to these Terms & Conditions. Images and Pricing Please note that whilst every effort is made to accurately portray the items shown on the Total Nutrition Centre website, variations may occur. All images represent an accurate portrayal of its stock at time of publishing, but are subject to change without notice. All care is taken to ensure that pricing is current and accurate at time of upload, however we take no responsibility for typographical errors. We reserve the right to cancel any transactions on which there were any stock or pricing errors. Any incorrect pricing will be immediately corrected upon notification. Product descriptions totalnutritioncentre.co.uk and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, totalnutritioncentre.co.uk does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by totalnutritioncentre.co.uk itself is not as described, your sole concern is to return it in an unused condition. Any products sold by Total Nutrition Centre are not intented for the treatment, prevention and cure of any medical conditions. Returns and refunds policy Our customers have the right to cancel their orders within 14 days unless their order has been dispatched. After the order has been dispatched, it is the customers responsibility to return the item in a resaleable condition and receive either a full or partial refund. How do I return or Exchange an item? We hope that the goods delivered to you are correct and we do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your order. However if you are not, need an exchange or receive damaged goods then please contact our team on admin@totalnutritioncentre.co.uk for a returns slip and include with the return items. Please ensure you return the item with all your important contact details (including a daytime phone number) and a note of why the goods are being returned. It is essential that this is filled out and attached to your original receipt when returning the item. If this is not filled in and returned then your request will not be able to be processed. What if I receive damaged goods? In the unlikely situation that you receive a faulty product we will exchange it for an identical replacement free of charge provided that the product is returned to us in its original packaging and the fault is notified to us within a reasonable time period. The replacement is at the discretion of the management / sales team. Please note that fault during use, will be subject to checks and we may not be liable if the product has been damaged after being open and worn / used. Unwanted goods If you are not satisfied with any of the goods delivered, you may return them to Total Nutrition Centre. There will be a 15% restocking and handling fee to cover our costs and goods must be returned within 5 working days. Products must be unused or unopened to qualify for a return. Please contact us before returning any items. Exchange goods If any product that is purchased does not turn out to be the correct one for you then we will exchange it for the correct size, colour etc. provided that the product has not been used in any way and is returned to us in its original packing (if applicable) "as new". If there is a problem then contact us immediately to speak to one of our team. If the item was ordered incorrectly i.e. wrong size or colour then a free exchange can not be made. Postage will not be free on the return item. If you have received an incorrect item, we will exchange the item and refund the postage up to £6.50. Clearance Items Unfortunately we’re unable to offer refunds of clearance items unless they arrive damaged in such a way that wasn’t described before making the purchase. Company Reg No: 14099528 Total Nutrition Centre will not take responsibility for returned items if they are lost in the post.     Total Nutrition Centre was established in Loughborough in November 2013.
